1) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Next-day dispatch: Orders placed on aishvera.com are dispatched the next business day (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are queued for the next working day.
  • You’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp update with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2) Delivery Partners & Coverage

  • We ship across India via Shiprocket’s courier network and Blue Dart (and other serviceable partners where necessary).
  • Serviceability depends on your PIN code. If your area is temporarily unserviceable, we’ll contact you for alternatives.

3) Delivery Timelines (Indicative)

  • Metros & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days from dispatch
  • Non-metros/remote locations: 3–7 business days from dispatch

Actual timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather, festivals, or unforeseen delays. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

4) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and ongoing promotions.
  • Any remote area surcharge (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.

5) Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link is shared via email/WhatsApp/SMS after dispatch.
  • Tracking may take up to 12–24 hours to start showing movement once handed to the courier.

6) Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

  • Couriers usually make 1–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your phone is reachable and the address is complete (landmark helps).
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal, the parcel may be returned to us. Forward & reverse shipping costs may be deducted before any refund (as per our Refund & Return Policy).

7) Order Edits & Cancellations

  • Need to change address, phone, or cancel? Contact us before dispatch (next business day) on WhatsApp or email.
  • After dispatch, changes may not be possible; we’ll try our best within courier constraints.

8) Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items

  • If your parcel looks tampered/damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
  • If you discover an issue after delivery (damaged/wrong/missing), contact us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video so we can assist fast.

9) Multiple-Item Orders & Split Shipments

  • To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship in separate parcels with different tracking numbers. You’ll receive updates for each.

10) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for select PIN codes and order values. If enabled, charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to the restriction of COD for future orders.

11) International Shipping

  • We currently ship within India. International shipping will be announced when available (with separate timelines and fees).
