  • Analytics (site performance, usage patterns)
  • Advertising/retargeting (only if consented)

You can manage cookies via your browser settings and (if enabled) our cookie preference banner. Aishvera’s template also describes login and screen-options cookies; we honor similar patterns for account features.

5) Comments, reviews & media uploads

If you leave reviews or comments, we collect the data shown in the form, plus IP and user-agent to help spam/fraud detection. Your display name and review may be public on product pages.

Avoid uploading images with embedded location (EXIF) data; others may download and extract that information.

6) Embedded content & third-party tools

Product videos, lookbooks, UGC galleries, or Instagram embeds may behave as if you visited those third-party sites; they may collect data, use cookies, and track interactions according to their own policies (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube).

7) Payments

We do not store your full card/UPI credentials. Payments are processed by your chosen payment gateway/UPI app (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm). They receive the necessary payment data to authorize transactions and return a confirmation to us.

8) Shipping & logistics

To deliver your order, we share your name, address, phone, and order value/weight with shipping partners/couriers. They use this data only to transport and track your parcel.

9) Who we share data with

Service providers working on our behalf (hosting/CDN, payment gateway, logistics, analytics, messaging/email providers, review widgets, customer support platforms) under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Fraud prevention & legal: if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, and safety.

Aishvera’s template lists automated spam-detection for comments; we use comparable anti-abuse tools.

10) How long do we keep data

  • Orders & invoices: retained as required by tax and accounting laws.
  • Accounts: retained while your account is active; you can request deletion (except data we must keep).
  • Reviews/comments: retained to display feedback/history unless you request removal. Aishvera’s policy also notes indefinite retention for comments to recognize follow-ups, which we mirror where appropriate.

11) Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure of data we are not legally required to keep
  • Withdrawal of consent (e.g., for marketing cookies/emails)
  • Portability where feasible

12) Children

Our site and products are intended for general audiences but not directed to children below the relevant age of consent for online services. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.

13) Data security

We employ technical and organizational measures (HTTPS/TLS, access controls, least-privilege, backups) to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we continually improve safeguards and vendor due diligence.

14) International data transfers

If service providers or servers are located outside your country, your data may be transferred subject to contractual protections and applicable law.

15) India privacy note (DPDP Act, 2023)

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, has been enacted, and draft implementing rules were issued in 2025. As the rules are being finalized and phased into force, we intend to align our notices, consent, grievance redressal, and retention practices accordingly and will update this Policy as required.
